Starters

 

A Delicate Fresh Salmon and Crab Mousse,

Served on a refreshing cucumber salad, served with toasted brioche.

 

Dovetail of Ripe Melon,

Served with an array of tropical fruits.

 

Home Made Soup of the Day,

Served with a traditional garnish.

 

Natural Smoked Haddock,

Topped with poached egg and cheese glazed.

 

Duck Liver Pate

Served on orange, watercress and toasted almond salad, with cinnamon toast.

 

Beer Battered Brie,

Garnished with poached pear and ginger preserve.

 

 

Main Courses

 

Boneless Chicken Supreme,

Cooked in a mushroom, shallots and red wine sauce, garnished with lardons of bacon and butterfly croutons.

 

Fresh Cod Fillet,

Lightly poached, placed on a bed of spinach topped with cheddar fondue.

 

Herb Breaded Medallions of Lamb,

Pan fried, served with a redcurrant and thyme sauce.

 

Roast Pork Tender Loin,

Carved and served with an apple, rhubarb and cider sauce.

 

Grilled Fillet of Fresh Sea Bream,

Placed on a light lemon, mustard and coconut sauce.

 

Baked Portobello Mushrooms,

Layered with beetroot and goats cheese, placed on a potato and madeira sauce.

 

Selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes included with all main course dishes.
