With fresh salmon, prawns, crab and crayfish presented on a delicate Swiss dressing

On a pool of redcurrant sauce with candied ginger

Fresh Norfolk turkey escalope,

Filled with a light sage stuffing, wrapped in bacon, baked to perfection, garnished with chipolatas

with a hint of saffron, wrapped in filo pastry on a Madeira, tomato and wild mushroom sauce

 

Slow roasted shoulder of pork,

Placed on mashed parsnip served with an apple and maple sauce
